This is my new happy color palette, I named it "Bali".
I love this picture, I think the smile and the look in the eyes of that lady can brighten up any heart.

Mirror, mirror...

Mirrors are definitely one of the most visually interesting accessories in a room. They can be a great focal point and magnify the size of any room instantly. Mirrors have come such a long way in terms of shape and style, round, rectangular, lacquer or metal, they can be as beautiful as practical.

New Project , Townhouse in Burnaby

 I mentioned the other day that I just finished decorating my client's townhouse in Burnaby, I can finally start sharing the pictures with you.
I finished editing the Master Bedroom's pictures so I will start with them.

My client is single and he is young so I kept lines clean and simple, and chose fresh colours for his room.

I love glass lamps, I think they give such an airy look. The bedding and the art wall are from Urban Barn.

My client is super geeky (he designs apps for Apple) but I only allowed one screen in that room! Don't you love those cute flower paintings?

And here is the master Bathroom, it is a bit too matchy matchy for my taste but he liked the whole set.

Shopping trip!

One of the services I offer to clients, is a whole day shopping. We stroll around to find furniture and accessories that will make their home special and beautiful.
But have you ever wondered how does my car look like after a long day of shopping?
My client AJ took video of it, and let me tell you, it was a challenge to drive back home!
By the way, this project is finished and I can't wait to share pictures with you soon.

Palette du Jour

I haven't been writing much these days because my laptop is getting fixed (for the fifth time in two years, no wonder the white MacBook has been discontinued!).
I managed to use another computer to create my new palette, I named it Breeze. I was inspired but those beautiful flowers and thought the combination of colors was interesting, I wondered how would they look like in a room.

Palette du Jour

I found this beautiful picture online ,  love the colour combination, it is so soothing. I was so inspired i created a colour palette out of it, and thought about sharing with you some spaces done in the same tones. 

Since I am mostly used to work with Benjamin Moore's fan deck, I chose to give you their matching colours:
